2024
中泰合资成立HyTek泰华，HyTek品牌除湿转轮正式进入中国市场。
Guangdong TaiHua Environmental Equipment Co., Ltd. was founded, establishing a production facility in Foshan to manufacture HYTEK-brand desiccant rotors and officially entering the Chinese market.
2018
与Proflute原技术班底，在泰国成立HyTek Air Solutions公司，在Hutek工厂。
Entered into a technical partnership with Swedish counterparts to establish HyTek Air Solutions Co., Ltd. in Thailand, with HuTek serving as the OEM manufacturer of honeycomb desiccant media blocks for global distribution.
2000
与苏尼先生，陈玉南先生在江阴合创三特空气处理有限公司，生成汽化式制冷水帘片。
Collaborated with Mr. Sune (former General Manager of Munters Beijing) and Mr. Chen Yunan to establish SAT Air Treatment Co., Ltd. in Jiangyin, which produced evaporative cooling pads and honeycomb dehumidification rotors.
In the same year, established HuTek (Asia) Co., Ltd. in Thailand to manufacture evaporative cooling pads and honeycomb dehumidifiers.
1985
通用工程有限公司，做为瑞典“蒙特（Munters）”泰国总代理
Utile Engineering Co., Ltd. served as the exclusive distributor of Sweden’s Munters in Thailand.
1969
Mr.Prepond 许景琪先生，创立了通用工程有限公司
Mr. Prepond (Xu Jingqi) founded Utile Engineering International Co., Ltd., serving as the exclusive distributor of Westinghouse Electric Air Conditioning International Corp. in Thailand.
